About Hiveware:
We're building a next-generation chip simulation engine - a clean-sheet architecture that makes high-fidelity simulations dramatically faster and more scalable. If you love problems at the intersection of software, hardware, and performance - this is the place.
What you'll do:
Build the core of our chip simulation engine hands-on. Work on extreme performance challenges, identify bottlenecks, and improve architecture and implementation. Collaborate with senior R&D, with direct impact on product direction.

Requirements
- Strong C/C++/Rust with focus on performance
- 5+ years developing complex systems
- Experience writing optimized production code
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics
- Debugging, profiling, and system-level thinking
- Independence and ability to take ownership
- A way to stand out: Simulators/compilers, chip design, embedded systems, or experience turning research code into production.
